Teva api expanded its presence in a big way at CPhI Worldwide this year, showcasing our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We took every opportunity to bring this approach to life through our new, interactive booth, in our CEO’s presentation to customers, in new product offerings, and in the debut and global launch of our redesigned customer platform, the Teva api Online portal.

Teva api President and CEO R. Ananth outlined our holistic approach to customer experience in a special presentation for Teva api customers attending the event. He shared how employees across the organization are taking a more proactive approach and are focusing on anticipating customers’ needs at every step in the product lifecycle. We are looking for new ways to use our expertise and state-of-the-art tools to make their interactions with Teva api smoother and more efficient. Dr. Ananth emphasized that personal touch is critically important to us and will always play a significant role in our relationship with customers, as well as continuous customer feedback to ensure that we continue to deliver the best customer experience in person and online through teva-api.com and Teva api Online - Teva api's customer platform


The highlight of the event was the worldwide launch of Teva api Online, recently redesigned to provide our customers with the next generation of digital services. Dr. Ananth formally unveiled the portal, which is a first for the API industry and is central to our digital vision to transform the customer experience. Through Teva api Online’s new, personalized dashboard, customers can easily track service requests, streamline communications with Teva api, and quickly pull up in-depth API information on any device.


Customers who visited Teva api's booth in Barcelona lined up to try out the Teva api Online customer platform and were so impressed with its new user-friendly features,. Customers loved the volume of information available on the portal, its easy-to-use features, the option to download documents, and the fact that this platform is available on both desktop and mobile devices.

Having our customers benefit in mind, we provided a free conference Wi-Fi connection, accessible through a special Teva api landing page. We hosted the event’s "Reconnect2Business" areas so attendees could make calls, check email, and take advantage of our portable charging stations to stay connected. Visitors at our booth lined up to play our  interactive iPad game, which featured the benefits of Teva api Online, and participated in other activities which showcased our industry-leading digital services for customers and CPhI visitors.

Teva api experts collaborate with customers in over 300 meetings


For the Teva api team, the high point of the conference was meeting face-to-face with our customers. We held more than 300 meetings in Barcelona with customers from Europe, the United States, India, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. These interactions were incredibly valuable – they enabled us to check on the status of our customers’ projects, find out how we can serve them better, and learn about their plans for the future so we will be ready to support their needs.
